If you do not log into My Business Manager for 16 months, we will delete your profile and you will no longer be able to access this feature unless you create a new profile. If it has been more than 16 months and we have deleted your profile, please create a new Agent Profile now. (My Business Manager has minimum browser requirements. You must use Netscape Communicator 6.2 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. To view PDF files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or above.)
