We work with a group of in-network independent doctors and pharmacists to develop our drug lists. They consider Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and manufacturer guidelines, medical literature, safety, accepted medical practice, appropriate use and benefit design.
A member's specific health plan determines which drug lists apply to them. Members who are not sure which drug lists apply to their plans can log into My Health Toolkit® for personal information.
