Pharmacy Directory

Our pharmacy network includes more than 68,000 participating pharmacies nationwide. When members use a network pharmacy, the pharmacist will use a computer to check their eligibility for benefits and to determine the amounts they should pay for their prescriptions. If they don’t present their ID cards or they don’t use network pharmacies, they’ll have to file a prescription drug claim form and they may not be reimbursed for the full amount you pay.

To view a general list of pharmacies that participate in most of our benefit plans, view the network Pharmacy Directory. Or, members can log into Caremark's website to search for a pharmacy by ZIP code, state or distance from a specific address. (This link leads to a third party website. Caremark is solely responsible for the contents and privacy policy on its site. Caremark is an independent company that provides pharmacy benefits management on behalf of BlueCross.) You can also search for pharmacies that offer special services, like delivery or extended hours of operation.

Note:  Not all benefit plans are the same. Members who want to use a national chain pharmacy should know that their benefit may restrict the pharmacies that they use. Members should always check with their pharmacies to see if it is part of our network before they have their prescriptions filled.
